Hi, I’m Dominic Daoust—Marine Corps veteran, husband, father, and someone who came from instability and used real estate to build something permanent. At 20, I bought my first property—a duplex in Lockport, NY—using an FHA loan. I had no formal training. I just knew I didn’t want to keep renting. A few years later, a mentor introduced me to Rich Dad Poor Dad, and everything clicked. Real estate wasn’t just about buying homes—it was about leverage, freedom, and legacy. In 2020, I used my VA loan to buy a home in San Diego with my wife. We house hack —rented out rooms, lowered our living costs, and kept building.
